How to Order

Step 1. 

Send us your order/inquiry from “CONTACT”.

Step 2.

Upon receiving your order, we will send “Order Form” by email.
If you want “Custom made”, we will also send you “Measurements Form”.
(The price, delivery cost, payment method etc., will be informed.) 
Step 3.

Fill up these Forms, and return to us.
Step 4.

About 40% of the order price shall be required on ordering as the “Deposit” which is non-refundable if the order is canceled.
(The payment method is “PayPal”)
Step 5.

The balance of remaining shall be required at the completing.
After the confirmation of this payment, we will ship.

PAYMENT

A minimum 40% deposit of the order price shall be required with on ordering. Note that this deposit is non-refundable.
The balance of remaining shall be required prior to delivery.
These transactions will be via PayPal.

DELIVERY 

●Overseas Shipping

Ordered goods will be shipped via Japan Post (EMS). 
As long as you use this Japan Post(EMS), it will be free.
In the case of requesting other shipping services, actual expenses will be imposed.

LEAD TIMES・CANCELLATION・RETURNS

*Lead time defines that starting is at the point of the deposit is paid.


●CANCELLATION

We cannot accept any cancellations unless owing to our inconvenience.

●RETURNS

In case that goods are damaged on receipt or incorrectly supplied, we ask you to notify us by email within 3 days of delivery. In case of damage, we ask you to photograph the condition of the goods immediately and attach it to the email you send to us. This will serve as evidence to process insurance matters.
Without the photograph the claim of damage may be rejected.
Please pack the item in its original packing and return to us by UPS or equivalent other services with free of charge. Once we have received your email and confirm the goods, we will consider arranging to make the new one or a full refund.
Refund will be issued to the card used when placing the order. According to procedure, refund will be made to your credit card after your final payment. If you have settled the payment by PayPal, the sum will be returned to your PayPal account.
